Architectural & Historical Data (Required for the Bazi Chart)
The Bazi (Four Pillars) of a building is determined by its birth date (construction) and its orientation (facing direction).
Architectural & Historical Data (Required for the Bazi Chart)
The Bazi (Four Pillars) of a building is determined by its birth date (construction) and its orientation (facing direction).
Data Point Why It's Needed
1. Exact Year the House Was Completed
This establishes the Year Pillar and, critically, the Heavenly Stem and Earthly Branch that governs the home's long-term energy cycle. A certificate of occupancy or appraisal document is best.
2. Exact Month and Day the House Was Completed/Occupied
This establishes the Month Pillar and often the Day Pillar. The Month is crucial as it determines the season (element) that dominates the building's energy.
3. Exact GPS Coordinates
We use the Full Address (Street, City, State, Zip Code) to determine the precise longitude and latitude. This allows us to calculate the true solar time, which is essential for accurate Bazi readings.
4. True Compass Direction of the Front Door
This is the most crucial piece of data for determining the house's Facing Direction (which sets the chart's strength/alignment). Please provide the degree measurement, if possible (e.g., 180° South). If you are unsure, we will guide you on how to obtain this accurately.
Occupant Data (Required for Alignment Analysis)
To understand how the home's energy supports (or drains) the people living there,
we need basic Bazi data for the primary occupants.
Data Point Why It's Needed
5. Full Birth Date of Primary Occupants
Month, Day, Year (e.g., Jane Doe: May 15, 1968).
6. Approximate Birth Time of Primary Occupants
We need the approximate time (e.g., 8:00 AM) to establish the Hour Pillar for each occupant's personal Bazi chart.
7. Birth City/State of Primary Occupants
This ensures we calculate the correct solar time for their personal Bazi charts.
Observation & Contextual Data (Required for the Report)
This information provides context, allowing us to focus the report on the client's biggest concerns.
Data PointWhy It's Needed
8. Primary Issues / Concerns
Please list the top 1-3 issues you are currently facing in the home (e.g., financial stagnation, chronic illness, relationship conflict, lack of career growth).
9. Goals for the Reading
What is the single most important outcome you hope to achieve with this analysis (e.g., attract massive prosperity, sell the home quickly, improve children's focus)?
