Sharon Sinclair House Cleansings expert
INSIDE THE MIND OF A CATALYST

To begin, can you introduce yourself and explain what it means to be a Spiritual House Cleansing Expert? What does your work involve on a day-to-day level?

I'm Sharon Sinclair, and I'm the owner of Energy Shifter House Cleansing or Spiritual House Cleansings. To me, being a Spiritual House Cleansing Expert means being a dedicated guide in transforming the energetic landscape of homes and businesses. It's about understanding that every space holds an energetic imprint – whether it's from past residents, significant life events, or even earth energies – and possessing the knowledge and intuitive skill to identify, clear, and re-harmonize those unseen influences.

On a day-to-day level, my work is incredibly varied and deeply fulfilling. It often begins with client consultations, where I listen intently to their experiences and concerns about their space. This leads to a comprehensive energy assessment, sometimes remotely, to pinpoint the specific energetic imbalances. Then comes the core work: performing the actual cleansing rituals, which can involve a blend of ancient practices like Shamanism and Druid Geomancy, alongside modern techniques such as Feng Shui and intuitive energy clearing. Post-cleansing, I focus on re-balancing the space and providing clients with tools for ongoing energetic protection. Ultimately, my day involves helping people reclaim their peace, restore harmony, and foster a truly positive and vibrant environment for themselves and their families."

What initially drew you to this path of energy work and spiritual house cleansing? Was there a specific turning point or moment of awakening that led you here?

"My path into energy work and spiritual house cleansing wasn't a sudden decision, but rather a profound journey that began at a very tender age. From as early as five years old, I embarked on a personal journey of discovery into the realms of Spirit and the Paranormal. However, the true turning point, my most significant awakening, came through a series of three near-death experiences before I turned seventeen. These profound encounters opened me to a heightened sensitivity to energy in the environment and, remarkably, enabled me to communicate directly with ghosts and spirits, helping them to cross over.

This intense personal experience solidified my calling, leading me directly to the ancient wisdom of Shamanic Practice, which I began studying under the direct, oral guidance of my Cherokee and Celtic Mother and Grandmother. Later in life, a severe car accident served as another powerful catalyst, deepening my commitment to spiritual healing and ultimately leading me to dedicate my professional life to helping others clear their spaces and themselves, creating harmony where there was once discord."

You mention a near-death experience and a car accident that deeply impacted your spiritual path. How did those experiences shift your sence of purpose or world view?

Those experiences were, without a doubt, profoundly transformative. Before them, y connection to the spiritual realm, while present from childhood, was perhaps more observational. The near-death experiences, particularly, didn't just heighten my abilities; they fundamentally shifted my understanding of existence itself. They dissolved the perceived boundaries between life and death, reinforcing the reality of the spiritual realm and my innate connection to it. It wasn't just about seeing or hearing; it was about truly knowing that there's more beyond what we perceive with our physical senses.

The car accident, later on, served as a powerful reaffirmation and a catalyst for deeper commitment. It stripped away any lingering doubts and ignited an even more urgent sense of purpose. It was a stark reminder of life's fragility and the importance of living in alignment with one's true calling. Both events instilled in me an unwavering conviction in the power of energy, the resilience of the human spirit, and the critical need for energetic harmony in our lives and spaces. My worldview became one deeply rooted in compassion, understanding the profound impact of unseen forces, and a dedication to facilitating healing and peace for others."

Many people think of energy work as mysterious or intangible. How do you help your clients understand the very real impact of energetic imbalances in there spaces and themselves?

"That's a fantastic question, and it gets to the heart of what I do. While energy might seem mysterious, I firmly believe that everyone can learn to feel energy, and that walking a spiritual path requires very practical feet.

I help clients understand the real impact of energetic imbalances by making it relatable. Think about how a cluttered room can make you feel stressed, or how a beautiful, clean space makes you feel calm. Energy works similarly, just on a less visible level. I explain that negative or stagnant energy can manifest as tangible issues: persistent low mood, trouble sleeping, unexplained arguments, feeling drained, or even a sense of 'heaviness' in a room. It's like an invisible layer of 'energetic dust' that accumulates.

Through our consultations, I guide clients to recognize these subtle shifts in their own homes and within themselves. We discuss how past events, strong emotions, or even the history of a property can leave an energetic imprint. By connecting these intangible concepts to their very real, lived experiences – for example, how their sleep improves after a clearing, or how a previously tense room suddenly feels lighter – they begin to truly grasp the profound and practical impact of energetic harmony. It's about demystifying the process and empowering them to feel and understand these shifts for themselves."

Your work combines traditions like Shamanic Buddhism, Druid Geomancy, and Feng Shui. How do these ancient practices inform your approach to modern energy clearing?

My work is truly a tapestry woven from profound ancient wisdom and cutting-edge energetic tools. Traditions like Shamanic Buddhism, Druid Geomancy, and Feng Shui form the very bedrock of my approach. These practices teach us to view a space not just as physical walls, but as a living entity, deeply interconnected with the earth, its history, and the people within it. They provide the frameworks for understanding energetic flow, identifying blockages, and recognizing the subtle influences of unseen forces and earth energies.

What makes my approach unique is how I integrate this ancient understanding with what I call 'new era' instrumentation. Tools like the Lecher Antenna and the Atlantian Bar allow me to precisely locate, measure, and even clear specific energetic anomalies, including geopathic stress lines or subtle energetic distortions. These instruments act as extensions of my senses, providing a tangible way to pinpoint what ancient practitioners might have intuited through dowsing or direct perception.

Ultimately, all these techniques, ancient and modern, are guided by intuition and a deep sense of divination. My ability to perceive and interpret energetic information allows me to custom-tailor each cleansing. It's this blend – the profound respect for ancestral knowledge, the precision offered by modern instruments, and the intuitive guidance that weaves it all together – that enables me to effectively identify and clear energies, creating truly harmonious and protected spaces."

What are some of the most common energetic issues people bring to you - and what might they not even realize is affecting them?

That's an excellent question, and one I encounter daily. Based on the myriad of homes and businesses I've worked with, some of the most common energetic issues people explicitly bring to me include:

  • A general feeling of "heaviness" or unease: Clients often describe their home as feeling "stuck," "dense," or simply not comfortable, even after physical cleaning.

  • Trouble sleeping or persistent nightmares: This is a very common complaint, often linked to disturbed energies in bedrooms.

  • Unexplained arguments or tension: Families might find themselves bickering more, or feeling irritable without clear cause, which can be a sign of energetic discord.

  • Lingering feelings after a past event: This could be a divorce, a death, a serious illness, or a period of high stress that leaves an energetic imprint.

  • Unusual occurrences: While less common, some clients report unexplained noises, objects moving, or a sense of being watched, suggesting the presence of lingering entities.

What people often don't even realize is affecting them can be even more impactful. These are the subtle, pervasive energetic issues they've learned to live with, unknowingly:

  • Geopathic Stress: These are subtle earth energies that can disrupt well-being, leading to chronic fatigue, illness, or persistent bad luck in certain areas of a home. People might just think they have a "bad spot" in the house.

  • EMF (Electromagnetic Field) imbalances: While often physical, the energetic impact of excessive EMFs from modern technology can contribute to anxiety, sleep issues, and a general feeling of being "fried."

  • Residual Emotional Imprints: Every strong emotion (joy, sadness, anger, fear) leaves a subtle energetic trace. If a previous resident experienced significant trauma or conflict, those emotional imprints can linger for decades, subtly influencing the current occupants' moods and interactions without them ever knowing why they feel a certain way in a particular room.

  • Stagnant Energy: This isn't necessarily "negative," but it's energy that isn't moving. It can manifest as a lack of motivation, creative blocks, or a feeling of being stuck in life, mirroring the stagnant energy in their space.

  • Subtle Energetic Attachments or Entities: While some clients explicitly suspect this, many others experience the symptoms (feeling drained, cold spots, unexplained fear) but attribute them to stress or imagination. A professional cleansing can reveal and clear these influences, bringing immense relief.

My role is often to help clients connect these seemingly disparate experiences to the underlying energetic imbalances, revealing how deeply their environment impacts their well-being.

What role does the physical environment(home, office, land) play in someone's spiritual, mental, or emotional health? Can shifting the energy in a space truly change a person's life?

The physical environment plays an absolutely foundational role in our spiritual, mental, and emotional health – far more than most people realize. Think of your home or office not just as a collection of rooms, but as an energetic container. Every thought, emotion, and event that occurs within those walls leaves an energetic imprint. Over time, these imprints can accumulate, creating a subtle but pervasive atmosphere.

If a space is filled with stagnant energy, emotional residue from past conflicts, or even the lingering presence of unresolved spiritual energies, it can act like a constant, low-level drain on the occupants. This can manifest as persistent fatigue, anxiety, irritability, difficulty concentrating, sleep disturbances, or even a general feeling of being 'stuck' in life. Conversely, a space that is energetically clear, balanced, and vibrant can uplift, inspire, and support well-being.

So, can shifting the energy in a space truly change a person's life? Absolutely, and I've witnessed it countless times. When we clear these energetic blockages, it's like removing an invisible weight. People often report immediate shifts: a sense of lightness, improved sleep, reduced tension, enhanced clarity, and a renewed sense of peace. By transforming their environment, we create a supportive foundation that allows individuals to naturally align with their higher selves, fostering better relationships, improved health, increased creativity, and a greater sense of overall prosperity. It's about empowering them to thrive in a space that truly nurtures their spirit."

In your experience, how can people tell when it's time for an energetic cleansing or change in their home or life? Are there specific signs or patterns you look for?

"In my experience, people often suffer for years with the effects of negative or stagnant energy without realizing what's truly happening, largely because they simply don't know that services like ours exist, or even what they're called. They might attribute their discomfort to stress, bad luck, or even their own shortcomings, rather than an energetic imbalance in their environment.

However, there are very specific signs and patterns I look for, and that I encourage people to become aware of:

  • A Persistent Feeling of Unease or Heaviness: This is perhaps the most common indicator. The home just doesn't feel 'right,' 'light,' or 'comfortable,' even after physical cleaning. It might feel cold in certain spots, or have an inexplicable 'dense' atmosphere.

  • Sleep Disturbances: Frequent nightmares, difficulty falling or staying asleep, or waking up feeling unrested, especially if these issues primarily occur at home.

  • Increased Arguments or Tension: A noticeable rise in conflict, irritability, or a general sense of discord among household members, without a clear external cause.

  • Feeling Drained or Unmotivated at Home: You might feel fine elsewhere, but as soon as you walk through your front door, your energy plummets, or you struggle to be productive.

  • Unexplained Technical Issues: Frequent electrical problems, appliances malfunctioning, or Wi-Fi issues that defy logical explanation.

  • Pets Behaving Strangely: Animals are often more sensitive to energy. They might avoid certain areas, stare at empty spaces, or exhibit unusual anxiety.

  • Lingering Effects from Past Events: If there's been a divorce, death, serious illness, or significant conflict in the home, you might still feel its energetic echo.

  • Difficulty Selling a Property: Sometimes, a property that should sell easily just won't, indicating a subtle energetic resistance.

If someone is experiencing one or more of these patterns, and traditional solutions aren't helping, it's a strong sign that an energetic cleansing could be the missing piece to restoring peace and well-being to their space and, by extension, their lives."

  1. Your background spans a wide range of industries—including music and hemp products. How has that informed your understanding of energy dynamics in more unconventional or public spaces?

"My diverse professional journey, spanning industries from music and entertainment to real estate and even hemp products, has profoundly shaped my understanding of energy dynamics, particularly in unconventional and public spaces. I've always had varied interests, with a natural curiosity for design, herbs, and the spirit world, and these threads have woven together throughout my career.

Working in large-scale event production, like with FM Productions I learned to manage and influence the energy of vast public venues. Concerts, sports arenas, and theme parks are designed to evoke specific emotions and create collective experiences. This taught me about the energetic impact of design, sound, and crowd dynamics – how energy can be amplified, directed, or even become stagnant in a large gathering space. It's about understanding the 'vibe' of a place and how to intentionally shape it.

Similarly, my work in real estate, including cannabis retail locations, involved understanding how a space's design and energetic flow impact customer experience and business success. Even with hemp products, there's an inherent connection to natural energies and wellness.

These experiences, combined with my lifelong interests, have given me a unique lens through which to view energy. I see how design choices, human intention, historical imprints, and even the products within a space contribute to its overall energetic signature. It's taught me that whether it's a bustling arena, a quiet home, or a commercial storefront, the principles of energetic harmony are universal, and the impact on human experience is always profound."

You've trained in an incredible array of healing modalities. How do you choose what to use for each client - and do you believe some tools are more powerful than others?

That's an excellent question, as the array of healing modalities I've trained in is indeed vast, from ancient Shamanic and Druid traditions to modern energy work and instrumentation. When it comes to choosing what to use for each client, this is precisely where intuition and listening to my spiritual guides comes in. There's no one-size-fits-all formula.

Every home, every business, and every individual has a unique energetic signature and a unique set of needs. My process begins with a deep listening – not just to what the client tells me, but to what the space itself communicates energetically. Through meditation, dowsing, and intuitive perception, I connect with the spiritual guides and wisdom traditions that inform my work. They illuminate the specific energetic imbalances present and guide me to the most appropriate tools and techniques for that particular situation. It might be a targeted sound clearing for stagnant energy, the precise placement of geomantic remedies for earth lines, or a specific smudging blend for emotional residue.

Regarding whether some tools are more powerful than others, I believe their power lies in their appropriateness and the intention behind their use. A simple herb can be incredibly potent if it's the right remedy for the specific energetic issue. Conversely, the most sophisticated instrument might be ineffective if it's not applied with clear intention and intuitive guidance. The true power comes from the synergistic blend of ancient wisdom, modern tools, and the intuitive discernment that allows me to tailor the perfect energetic prescription for each unique space, ensuring the most profound and lasting positive shift."

When people come to you for house cleansing, are they seeking personal transformation, even if they don't realize it? How are our homes a mirroro of our inner lives?

"When people initially come to me for a house cleansing, most are simply seeking help for what has been bothering them – the unexplained tension, the sleepless nights, the feeling of heaviness. They're looking for relief from a tangible discomfort in their environment, and we absolutely start there. My primary focus is to address those immediate energetic issues in their space.

However, it's almost universally true that our homes are a profound mirror of our inner lives. The energetic state of our living environment often reflects our own spiritual, mental, and emotional well-being. A cluttered mind can manifest as a cluttered home; unresolved emotional issues can create stagnant pockets of energy. While clients may not consciously be seeking personal transformation when they first call, the act of clearing their space often initiates it organically.

Once the energetic 'dust' is removed from their home, people frequently report feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace within themselves. This newfound clarity in their environment often creates space for personal shifts – improved sleep, reduced anxiety, better relationships, or renewed motivation. So, while they might not realize it at the outset, the energetic cleansing of their home often becomes a powerful catalyst for a deeper, personal transformation, simply because their external world has been brought back into harmony."

You talk about predecessor energy- how the energy of those who lived or worked in a space before can linger. How do you help people release those imprints and start fresh?

"Predecessor energy" is a very real phenomenon, and it's a significant part of why people seek my services. Just as a physical space can retain the scent of a previous occupant, it can also hold onto the energetic imprints of their emotions, experiences, and even significant life events. Whether it's joy, conflict, sadness, illness, or even trauma, these energetic echoes can linger for years, subtly influencing the current residents.

My process for helping people release these imprints and start fresh involves several key steps:

  1. Identification and Acknowledgment: First, we identify where this predecessor energy is most concentrated and what its nature might be. This often involves intuitive assessment, dowsing, or using tools like the Lecher Antenna. Acknowledging its presence is the first step towards release.

  2. Compassionate Release: My approach is always one of compassion. We don't "fight" the energy; instead, we facilitate its release. This might involve setting clear intentions, using specific prayers or invocations, and guiding any lingering energies or entities to move on peacefully, often to a higher plane or back to the earth.

  3. Energetic Cleansing Techniques: I then employ a combination of ancient and modern techniques to actively clear the space. This can include traditional smudging with sacred herbs, sound cleansing with bowls or chimes, the use of crystals, and specific energetic sweeping motions. The goal is to break up stagnant energy, neutralize negativity, and purify the atmosphere.

  4. Re-balancing and Infusion: Once the old energy is cleared, the space is left energetically neutral. This is a crucial moment to re-balance the environment and infuse it with the client's desired positive energies – peace, abundance, joy, creativity, or healing. We work together to set new intentions for the space, effectively 'programming' it with their desired future.

  5. Protection and Empowerment: Finally, I provide clients with practical tools and techniques for ongoing energetic maintenance and protection. This empowers them to maintain the newly cleared space themselves and prevent future energetic disturbances, ensuring their home truly feels like their own sanctuary, free from the echoes of the past."

What advice do you have for someone who feels stuck in their life or disconnected from their environment, but doesn't know where to start?

If you're feeling stuck in your life or disconnected from your environment, it's a very common experience, and the good news is that there are always steps you can take to begin shifting that energy. You absolutely don't need to know where it will all lead; just focus on the very first step.

Here's my advice for someone who feels that way:

  1. Start with the Physical Space, Even Small Changes: Begin by decluttering and cleaning one small area of your home – a drawer, a shelf, or a single room. Physical clutter often mirrors mental and emotional clutter. This simple act of creating order can create a surprising energetic shift and a sense of accomplishment.

  2. Bring in Freshness: Open windows daily to let in fresh air and natural light, even for just a few minutes. Introduce living plants, fresh flowers, or diffuse essential oils. These natural elements bring vibrant, positive energy into a space.

  3. Engage Your Senses Intentionally: Pay attention to what you see, hear, smell, and feel in your environment. Play uplifting music, light a natural candle, or simply sit quietly and notice the textures around you. Consciously choose inputs that make you feel good.

  4. Practice Mindful Movement: Simply walk through your home with intention. Notice how you feel in different rooms. Are there areas you avoid? This can give you clues about where stagnant energy might be lurking. Even a simple stretch or deep breathing exercise in a space can shift its energy.

  5. Consider a Simple Personal Ritual: Light a candle with an intention for clarity, or take a cleansing bath with Epsom salts. These small acts of self-care can help you reconnect with your own energy.

  6. Recognize the Mirror: Understand that your environment often reflects your inner state. If you feel stuck, your space might be holding onto stagnant energy. If you feel disconnected, perhaps the energy in your home isn't fully supporting you.

If these initial steps feel helpful but don't fully resolve the feeling, or if you suspect deeper energetic issues are at play, then it might be time to explore professional help. Services like spiritual house cleansing can identify and clear those unseen, persistent energetic blockages that you might not even realize are affecting you, truly creating a fresh start and allowing you to reconnect with both your environment and yourself."

How do you personally stay grounded and balanced while working with so much energetic intensity? Do you have daily rituals or spiritual practices that guide you?

Staying grounded and balanced while working with such intense energetic fields is absolutely paramount, not just for my well-being, but for the integrity of the work itself. My personal spiritual practices are the bedrock that allows me to serve as a clear conduit.

Every day begins with my Tibetan smoke offering practice, a beautiful ritual that purifies, honors, and sets a sacred tone. Throughout the week, I engage in various profound practices such as Vajrakilaya, Green Tara, Black Tara, and Medicine Buddha, as well as a Powa practice. These aren't just rituals; they are deep energetic disciplines that cultivate compassion, wisdom, and a strong connection to enlightened energies, enabling me to work with intensity without absorbing it.

Beyond formal meditation, I prioritize physical connection to the earth. I try to walk in nature daily, allowing the natural world to re-center me. This is complemented by Qigong and stretching, which keep my energy flowing freely and my body receptive yet resilient. Fundamentally, I strive to embody the Native American technique of being a 'hollow bone', allowing energy to pass through me rather than accumulate in me. This means actively being a conduit between heaven and earth, facilitating the flow of energy without attachment, ensuring I remain clear, grounded, and balanced, ready to assist each client with renewed presence."

What does the word redirection mean to you and what advice would you give to those redirecting in life?

To me, redirection means a conscious and often necessary shift in course – a pivot, a recalibration, or even a complete change of direction when your current path no longer serves your highest good or aligns with your evolving purpose. It's not a failure; it's an intelligent response to life's flow, an act of courage and self-awareness. It implies recognizing that where you're going isn't truly where you're meant to be, and having the wisdom to adjust your sails.

For those redirecting in life, my advice would be:

  1. Embrace the Unknown with Curiosity, Not Fear: Redirection can feel unsettling because it's unfamiliar. Instead of resisting, approach it with the mindset of an explorer. What new possibilities might emerge? What hidden talents might you uncover?

  2. Release the Need for a Full Map: You don't need to know every step of the new path before you start. Often, the path reveals itself as you walk it. Focus on the next logical, intuitive step rather than the entire journey.

  3. Honor What Was, But Don't Dwell: Acknowledge the experiences, lessons, and even the losses from your previous direction. There's wisdom in every path. But once acknowledged, release the emotional attachment to what was and focus your energy on what is becoming.

  4. Listen to Your Inner Compass: This is where intuition truly shines. When redirecting, external advice can be overwhelming. Tune into your gut feelings, your deepest desires, and the subtle nudges from your spiritual self. What truly resonates with you now?

  5. Be Kind to Yourself: Redirection can be emotionally and energetically taxing. Allow for periods of rest, self-reflection, and gentle exploration. Don't judge yourself for not having all the answers immediately.

  6. Seek Support, But Own Your Journey: Talk to trusted friends, mentors, or even professionals who can offer perspective and encouragement. However, remember that this is your journey, and ultimately, you are the captain of your ship.

  7. Understand Energy in Motion: Just as stagnant energy can hold a space back, stagnant personal energy can keep you stuck. Redirection is an act of moving energy. The very act of taking a new step, however small, creates momentum and opens new energetic pathways for your life to flow."
