A rural property, a double-wide, far from town on a winding road along a creek; the land was beautiful, the double-wide, a tear-down. The listing was over a year old. Potential buyers liked the location but hesitated after visiting. The agent called us and asked for a clearing. We drove up, crossed a simple bridge over the creek and wound up the drive to the “house.” One could see that the landscaping had once been thoughtful and becoming. Now it was simply ragged and overgrown.
We stepped into the unit over some stacked cement blocks. Inside the walls were moldy, the ceiling peeled open in places. Odd thing – was the number of electrical outlets in the walls. It became apparent from this and the number of hooks and chains in the ceiling that there had been grow lamps in the back rooms for growing pot. The mold must have been from the humidity required for growing.
More importantly, we felt the family dynamics pervading the home. In the main bedroom we felt the presence of a grandmother. A father and son had inhabited the house. The grandmother was concerned about her grandson.
We walked the property. We were drawn to the bridge over the creek. The young son’s energy was there. We learned that, at 15, he had hung himself from the bridge when spurned by a neighbor girl across the road, 17 years before. The bridge was the entrance to the property, the pall that potential buyers passed through before assessing the property.
So our work was centered on the bridge, freeing the soul of the boy and reuniting him with his grandmother who so wanted to protect him.
Within 6 weeks an offer was made and accepted.
People today are buying more used items. Antiques have always been loved by others who have the money to purchase and add them to their home. No one who purchases used clothes, furniture, jewelry and other objects thinks about the energies around the object. Estate sales can cause the ghost to follow a beloved object. Pawn shops and second hand stores have beautiful jewelry but you may pick up the grief associated with having to sell a beloved object.
Jewelry can be a real problem as even gifts can carry negative energies. I always tell everyone that it does not matter if I cleaned the jewelry before I gave it to them. They should cleanse every object that is second hand. It is the only way to keep negative energies out of your space.
Jewelry can be cleansed by soaking the jewelry in water and a little bit of salt. The water and salt is prayed over so the divine blesses the jewelry and cleanses it. It should be placed where the sun and the moon can purify the jewelry with their rays of energy.
Jewelry can be buried so the earth absorbs the negativity that is left in the jewelry. I suggest doing it in a pot so the jewelry can be found easily. Prayer again is used to help the blessed energies of the elements to clear the energies. Occasionally there are objects which can not seem to be cleansed. If you have an object where the energies will not clear up and it is jewelry never wear it.
Antique vases, bowls, and other objects that have negativity can have salt placed in them where it will not harm them. The salt will absorb the negative energies as it is sacred earth. Furniture is a little more difficult. I suggest a mixture of water and Chinese Floor Wash. There are many voodoo washes for the floor. They all have different purposes but all of them can be used as a cleansing mixture. Herb teas of protective herbs can also be used for cleansing. A weak solution should be used so it does not stain or discolor the furniture or items to be cleansed.
The cleansing should be done with prayers being said no matter what is used. Prayer energizes and removes negative energies. Spray bottles can be used to spray the objects before they are brought into the house. It means that the furniture does not carry the vibrations of its former owners. I have seen people buy a couch in a yard sale. The couple was splitting up due to arguments. The couple who bought the couch had arguments until they cleaned up the energies of the couch.
The same is true for Jewelry or any other object given as a gift. Gifts can sometimes be the same way especially if the person who gives it to another is envious, jealous, or gives it away because of bad memories. Always cleanse gifts even if they are brand new when you have someone give them to you.
I have a friend who accepted a gift from another person. The person was a High Priestess and should have told the beginner to cleanse the object. She did not and the person who received the gift asked me to see why she felt so bad when she wore it. The ring had been worn by the person when she was under psychic attack. It was in a shop that had been broken up by arguments and jealousy. The ring was not able to be cleansed.
I also had a friend that bought two beautiful jade vases from Tibet. I saw the vases and the energies were black. I asked her where she bought them and she said in an estate auction. The vases were beautiful but needed to have salt put on the inside. I would be amazed if the person did not buy them after the problems in Tibet and the original owners had died defending their home.
These are just examples but it is still a serious subject. Our homes and places we work all have energies in them. The correct energies can make everything go well so every where we exist is a place of happiness and abundance. The wrong energies affect everyone. Every object can absorb energies so cleansing them is a good thing to do to help yourself and the people you are around.
Herbs that are good for cleansing objects are rosemary, marjoram, thyme, dill, basil, and lavender. All of these may be made into a tea. Crystals that clear objects of negative energies are Selenite, Blue Kyanite, Citrine, and Black Tourmaline. All of these crystals absorb energies. Certain Flower essences are good for purifying the energies of objects. The list of things that can be used to cleanse energies can be endless.
All prayers should mention or have the person saying the prayers focused on cleansing and blessing the object and every where it is present. Every religion or practice has prayers which will do this. Psalms can be used for Christianity for example. Mantras for Hindu energies and the list can go on. The important thing is to use the prayers you believe in that are attuned to the divine aspect that you worship.
One word of caution never accepts or keep gifts from people who you know want to harm you. I have had a number of cases where the person had to get rid of gifts given her by others who cursed her. Objects can be used as a focal point which is why ghosts can follow a beloved object, spirits can inhabit objects, and much grief has been caused by accepting gifts.
If you do not want to be rude cleanse the object and then give it to charity. It is another reason to be sure to cleanse anything you buy. Many people give away gifts that they were given by people they disliked. You can buy an object energized with ill intent and not know what is happening in your home.
All of these problems can be resolved by being careful. Cleanse the object before bringing them into your home. Bless the object to bring peace and happiness into the home or office where it is put so everyone can enjoy it. Relax and enjoy your purchases.
TUNING LAND WITH CRYSTALS
( you need 4 crystals they can be small or large I like to take my pendulum with me when I purchase the crystals and ask which size is needed, most the time a small quartz crystal is fine.) You will need a pendulum of some kind.
Begin by going to the far left corner of the land. place the crystal in the land and then using a pendulum over the top ask the pendulum to set the crystal in tune with the land.
Dowse for the next point and go there. place the crystal in the land and using the pendulum ask that the crystal be tuned with the land. We went out on a job last week where the land had been in the same family for a long time.
Some 20 years ago the son of the owner had committed suicide by hanging himself from the bridge that crosses over the river to the house. The house had been rented for many years now and some of the most current renters had grown pot in the manufactured home and most of the home was destroyed by moisture and mold due to the growing of pot inside.
The interesting thing is that the young boy was there, trapped not knowing he could leave and feeling very foolish about his young antics. He never thought he would die. He was not at the bridge but wondering around the property near the home. We were able to help him move on with the help of a rather large and powerful guardian spirit that came in to help him move on.
We later went to the bridge and as Larry climbed down under the bridge he was able to find the exact spot the hanging had taken place those 20 years ago, the energy was thick and tingly. After some work we were able to transform the energy of the thought form so that people who drive over the bridge no longer feel that uncomfortable energy that had been there all these years.
The lessen here for us is how powerful an event can be energetically. The energy lingers and leaves an energy of unease and discomfort to those who enter the area. This is why one of the most important things we can do when we are looking to buy a home is to pay attention to what you feel in the home, on the land, learn something of the history of the place and if you still love it and want to buy it anyway, make sure you have someone come in and do a professional House Clearing.
I got a call from a gentleman in Vancouver, Washington. He wanted to sell his house. He had been showing the house for 6 months and nary a nibble. "Something is wrong, something is driving buyers away," he said. We arrived on a beautiful, early fall day. The house was fabulous, a custom-built home about 12 years old. The landscaping was entrancing and archetypically NorthWest. The owner is an antique dealer and a distinguished, published author of numerous books dealing with American silverware. Who could resist this wonderful home?
After a tour of the home he explained that while there had been many showings, no one had made an offer. After some questioning we learned that the previous owner had been extremely possessive and a very reluctant seller. The client felt that she might have an influence on potential buyers.
We crisscrossed the home and the yard, but I kept being drawn back to the entry. There was a resistance, a block immediately upon entering. There was a grand staircase opposite the front door. I started up the stairs and stopped at the first landing and sat down. The obstinate spirit was here. I felt her presence. This was her house, she said. She resented the present owner and was asserting to anyone that dared to enter "her" home that they were unwelcome. This was not a lost, departed soul, this was someone who had imprinted her personality throughout the house. It seemed that she had centered her presence on the staircase and a closet beneath the landing. I sat with her for a long time and made it clear that the home was no longer hers. She finally agreed and retreated. The atmosphere immediately cleared. The owner was amazed at the change and very pleased.
We checked back about two months later and asked if the owner had bee successful in finding a buyer. He said, "No." The house felt so much better that he he had decided to stay... and he is still there.
I received a call from a women who was very nervous and concerned because every night when she went into her son's bedroom she would see orbs, orbs of light passing across the child's room. She told me her dog, who was very old and to whom she was very attached, had passed away recently. The dog had slept in the room by her child's crib. Could these orbs be related to the dog? If not, what? She also felt other strange energies in the house.
We went to the house and began our investigation, there were many things going on in this house. There was an energy vortex near the child's bedroom and very strange unsettling energy in the parents' bedroom. The whole house felt like it was tingling. When we went upstairs there was very strong pervasive energy that was difficult to pinpoint.
We moved outside and determined, after much dowsing, that there were some dry faults under the house and several energy vortexes. We closed the vortexes and worked on closing the dry faults and moving them outside the house. This session resulted in eliminating the orbs and light forms in the son's room and a marked improvement in energy throughout.
Several months passed and we received a call from the woman again, saying that some of the disturbing energies had returned and could we come back for a second session? It was the holidays and the rainy season here in the NW, so we couldn't get back to her until late winter. In the interim she had contacted in turn, a psychic, a feng shui practitioner and a geomancer. The psychic scared her and told her there was no fixing the angry spirits. The feng shui practitioner had her move furniture around and add some plants, to no avail. The geomancer came to her home and did his consultation from his car. He then planted some steel rods, wound in copper, at various points around the foundation of the home. None of this seemed to help, in fact, things felt worse, our client told us when she called asking us to please come back.
The client told us that she was determined to sell the house and move, but she wanted to make things right in the house to facilitate a sale. More importantly, the energy had become so unsettling that she had not been able to sleep in her bedroom with her husband for months. The energy she felt was sad and angry.
First we dowsed around and under the house and found that the dry faults had become wet faults during the winter, but that the moisture was most marked under the home. We dowsed the perimeter of the foundation and found the steel and copper rods placed there by the geomancer and immediately saw that they had been placed in such a way that they had "dammed" the flow of the fault, retaining the excess groundwater. We removed the rods and performed some earth acupuncture with bamboo stakes in the appropriate points of the faults which drew off the excess moisture. We still felt that there were other factors that we sensed but could not precisely place as to their origin or true nature.
We found some anomalies in the EMF (electromagnetic fields) in the house and the client called in an electrician a few days later who found and repaired some faulty wiring in the walls and a few switches. Again, things were much better, but we asked to come back in a few weeks with some other tools and complete our investigation and the clearing.
On our third visit we went back to the upstairs family room that was a source of some intense energy. We found a very large vortex that rose up from the earth through the garage and into a seldom used part of the family room (unused because of the eerie feeling.) We took advantage of this vortex to introduce the client, and a few of our students we'd brought along, to the practice of controlling and moving the vortex energy. We manipulated the vortex, "corralling" the energy with our outstretched arms and hands, then pushed it back into a narrow (6") column, then expanded it again, as far as we could. After becoming comfortable with this process we again contracted the vortex and "created" an energy form of a rose quartz tube to contain the vortex and keep it from influencing the room and the family. This became fun, non-threatening and immediately effective.
We then turned our attention to the master bedroom. This room had always seemed strangely inhospitable, sad and angry and not a relaxing space at all. One by one we focused on the room, walking through and scanning it with our hands and allowing ourselves to be drawn to the source of the energy. We found the source in one of the large bedroom closets. As a group, we sat silently to listen and learn what the energy had to tell us. It was the spirit of a tree, a very large Douglas fir that had been the mother tree to the hill top on which it had grown for almost 200 years. This hilltop had been cleared less than 10 years before to make room for one of those developments of giant homes on big lots. It had been home to thousands of birds, bugs, mosses and many, many living forms. It sheltered animals and the native people long before Oregon was "settled." It had been ruthlessly cut down along with her numerous "children" and neighboring trees and plants with no ceremony, no respect. It was a murdered spirit that needed to be honored and released. We gathered the client and our group together and gave ceremony for the release of the great tree's spirit. The effect was profound. The energy in the home was finally balanced and calm came to the house and land.
GHOST IN THE WOODS
Sometimes we do distance work. One of our members was contacted by an individual in Michigan who for
several years has been having horrific experiences with what he called a ghost. It would come into his house at night
and throw him out of bed and try to suffocate him.
We got together and did some distance investigating and healing. There were many ghosts in the woods that were happy to leave but this one that was bothering him was not of human form, it was an entity and it was angry. Fortunately with the use of a pyramid to amplify the energy
we were able to connect and raise the vibration to the point where it was uncomfortable and left.

OVERWHELMED!Hello Sharon, My daughter, Rachel, and I spoke with you over the phone yesterday. I am interested in dealing with the energies in my house. Rachel moved in with me for a few months and had a hard time with it. I guess because I live here I didn't notice anything. I have had several things happen over the last few years. My husband passed away from cancer. One of my dogs had to be put to sleep. I have started an addition and remodel with landscaping that is stalled. So if you have time this Sunday, I would like to have your help. Do you sense what needs to be done? The team and I went to see what was going on. The first thing we noticed was the house backed to the freeway. After some investigation we found out that it had not always been that way but sometime in the 80's they had put in a freeway ramp. When we were doing our initial investigation we felt that there was a strong energy protecting the house. When we were walking around the backyard we felt that there had been a rather large tree removed. Here is the story and the beginning of a series a unhappy events that followed. When they first bought the house In the backyard had lived a beautiful,large, silver maple tree. Everyone in the neighborhood felt that this was a wonderful tree.During the construction they had shaved some of the roots off the tree and the tree became ill, however everyone felt that this tree protected them from a lot of the noise coming off the freeway. Several years after that they put in a sidewalk and again shaved more roots from the tree. The tree died and had to be removed. I was told that everyone in the neighborhood could feel the difference in the energy, more noise and the piece and quiet were gone. About six months after the tree was removed from her backyard they began to have flooding in the basement. Remember a mature tree can absorb 50 or more gallons of water a day . When the tree was removed it no longer absorbed that water and it began to flood into the basement. The basement was so wet it got mold and they had to strip all the drywall in the basement to get rid of the mold. During this process about 6 months later her husband was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, six months later he died, six months after that her dog passed away and when we showed up it had been three years since this all happened and her house was still unfinished. We proceeded to do a ceremony in the backyard to release the spirit of the tree. We created an energetic thought form to flow the energy off the concrete wall in her backyard down into the earth where it would be absorbed instead of it being thrown at her house. We cleared the inside of the house which took about three hours as there was a lot to clear, we had extreme sadness, grief, anxiety and of course the energy around the sudden death of her husband. When we were finished we were all sitting around the table chatting and a big smile came over her face, she said she could feel the lightness in the room already.
The geometrical proportions of the Solar Grid quadrant is the base I use for the harmonization of homes. When we apply this grid around a home or within it, according to sacred geometrical proportions, we create the grid of harmony.
In nature, we find patterns, designs and structures from the most minuscule particles, in expressions of life discernible by human eyes, to the infinite and greater cosmos. When working with sacred geometry in the home we go back to ancient Egypt and the study of the cosmic Harmony. Harmony's origin is the Greek word, harmos, which means to join. Harmony applies to both sound (music) and form (architecture.) The use of musically derived harmonies in architecture was held to be expressive of the divine harmony engendered at the act of creation by the word (sound).
The design of Egyptian architecture was based on proportion. Music is said to be geometry translated into sound. By the applying the order of the Solar quadrant we are able to achieve this wonderful sacred harmony within a home or business.

So we met the real estate agent and her stagers at the house. The stagers had several encounters with the spirit while they were working at the house. The team entered and began scanning the house. We felt a pulling energy in the closet pantry in the kitchen and also a lot of violent angry energy in the downstairs laundry. There was a strong smell in the up stairs bathroom and then we found "Henry" hanging out in one of the bedrooms upstairs. It turns out that Henry had been the original owner of the house and had lived there for many years, back in the day when he could hop on his horse and ride down to the local pub. He had died in the house and never left because he could not find his horse. We ask Henry if there was anything we could do to make his passing easier and he ask for a shot of whiskey and a cigarette. The moment he asked the room filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. We all gathered a took a hit of some 151 rum I carry for ceremonies and Tim grabbed a cigarette out of his truck, as he was coming up the stairs Henry said, hey whats that you have, that ain't no cigarette so Tim ripped off the filter and lit up. We all stood and had a last drink and smoke with Henry and he asked we call in a buddy of his. We lit a fire and waited for Henry to find the light. Before we knew it the flame flashed out and Henry was gone. In the salt that we burned there was a heart shaped depression. I guess the cuntankorous old guy did have a heart and he left it in thanks for the helped we offered. As we were clearing the rest of the house we discovered that the man who bought the house after Henry died had done a huge remodel and lost the house to the bank do to some gambling debts. He had also been abusive to his wife, Henry had wanted us to know that this was not his energy. HENRY VIDEO
